okbje Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okbje ("okbje", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the okbje website, mobile platform, games, sports betting markets, and all related services (collectively, "the Service"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who interacts with any part of the okbje platform.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, either voluntarily imposed or requested through okbje's responsible gaming tools.
• You must use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Using okbje for any professional, commercial, or third-party gambling operation is prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Security

When you register an account with okbje, you become the sole authorised user of that account. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals initiated. The following obligations apply to your account at all times:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your mobile number and password with any third party, including persons claiming to represent okbje customer support.
• You must notify okbje immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, by contacting [email protected] without delay.
• All account information provided must be consistent with your government-issued identity documents. okbje reserves the right to request KYC verification documents at any time.
• okbje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.

okbje operates on a one-account-per-player policy. If our systems detect multiple accounts registered by the same person — identified by matching mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or personal details — all duplicate accounts may be suspended and any balances held pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

okbje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods made available on the platform. Supported payment options include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other local Bangladeshi banking channels as listed on the payment page. okbje offers a 200% welcome bonus and a range of ongoing promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus or promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are credited to your account at okbje's discretion. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and must meet the stated wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• The 200% welcome bonus applies to a player's first qualifying deposit only and is available to new players aged 21 and above. Players who have previously held an okbje account under any identity are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal gaming purposes only. okbje makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbje shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, game malfunctions, or connectivity issues beyond okbje's reasonable control. In all cases, okbje's maximum aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

okbje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player is found to be under 21 years of age or has provided false age or identity information during registration.
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, multiple account registration, or bonus abuse.
• okbje suspects or has evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or the use of automated software in connection with the account.
